Yeah, I actually taught myself how to TIG weld by making the frame! By the end of it I was actually pretty decent
The plane is my dad's. I work on my bikes in his hangar/shop because he has the space, tools and heater so it's a pretty dang nice setup!
I just ordered up some HT moto pad for the tank, and some white rim stickers that I think will look pretty good. I'm also working on a "tail saver" to cover up that hole between the seats.
