Front forks: all the way in untill they bottom out on the top and bottom adjustments, then backed them all out 3 clicks. That gives a very consistant feel in the rebound and compression. I HATE fast compression on my stoppies., A nice solid and even up and down IMO feels best.
Rear Shocks:as tight as they go till they blow, the tighter the rear susention the more throttle and brake input the rider will notice.
Nardeen links change the way the stock rear shock operates on an f4i, so you can actually run a little softer setting to get a smoother but still very responsive feel
