It has nothing to do with neighborhoods. From this statement I can assume you're referring to the slums, ghettos, project or whatever you profile them as. Their talking about taking legally owned guns from people that do live in a "better neighborhood". Most Hood niggas don't or can't register a gun but still find ways to get them. And 7out of 10 will plug you quick. The other 3 may flash it. But guess what the people in the not so "better neighborhood" are not the ones going around shooting ppl for no reason. It's those in the "better neighborhoods" that always do that dumb shit. Ppl that have nothing to do with that are paying for that shit now.
