But that was along time ago and I'd think I'm alittle smarter now and more creative.

What I would do now.
Cut the cap out
Beat the tank down and back real far
Tack a lip
Install vent in tank and find a good place to weld bung
Bondo
Cut plastic to go around it
And ht Moto the metal

thats what i figured i just havent see any good pics for reference, i think ima find nother tank to test my skills on lol thanks for the pointers guys
