2003 636 Idle Problem

So from what i understand.. first things to check if you have an idle problem and don't think you have a head with "tuningwork" than the first things to check are;

TPS
Complete wire harnass?

Friend of mine has the problem the bike is really slow @ getting back to 3k idle when you slow down to 800 -1000 rpm.

We did some quick swap with parts of my 636 but nothing helped.
