the average american(me) can't conceive of the decision making that goes on at the top. for instance, what if you knew that killing 4000 of your citizens could potentially save 4 million lives in the long run. those are the decisions that sometimes have to be made. and i, for one, am glad i'm not in the postion to have to make those kind of decisions
