\r\n \r\n I\'m not sayin ur case isn\'t valid at all man. And yes i said stubborn cuz he offered the refund and i highly doubt he will offer and not follow through considering the amount of good feedback he\'s got thus far. In my last post about the feedback, i wasn\'t takin any sides rather, putting the facts and statements down. I completely understand the point of paying for a mint tail and receiving it weeks later in "other than mint" condition. I would be upset too. But the point, which are you are tryin so hard to convey, is that the shipping was an honest mistake on his part and he gave back $10 for the delay. And offered the refund. No harm no foul. . I\'m not sure what else he could\'ve possibly done in this situation to make it any better. I wouldn\'t think he would say it was mint then send a broke ass piece on purpose to veteran of the sport in hopes to pull one past you. Once again, i\'m not taking any sides but from what i see, this situation doesn\'t warrant the type of feedback you put.\r\n
