It can take a bit of explanation, but AL tubing, with the correct wall thickness...is actually more rigid, and stronger, than solid bar stock. Short explanation.....more surface area. Granted....solid AL bar stock will bend and tweak longer, before breaking, than this tubing I speak of. But who wants a frame that's all tweaked out......but hey.....it still works!
Just food for thought. Ask your fabricator guy...I'm sure he may know what I'm talking about!
