yup... insurance companies do a little math equasion to figure out the likelyhood of someone at that age living and how long they will live or keep bike in good condition. obviously this example they believe it will be trashed in less than a year....... as it is now. thats why as a young kid you NEED to get a used bike. fuck buying new.
