lol a zombie is nothing more than a rabid dog. The human body no matter what disease still needs all organs to operate properly to function, one shot the heart/head/major arteries...its all over. If you ever watched the walking dead it explains that in their case, the diseased cells mutilate the living cells in our brains. All the brains cells die off then the disease cells remain living and take over the original cells. Causing the stem of the brain to react but thats it. kill shots boys easy as that...
