The police report was for a hit and run, the original case is for my customer vs drunk guy. I am like a side case. I'm responsible or her car. I think what has to happen is we (the company and I) sue the drunk guy and end up paying the customer with our earnings? No court date yet, waiting for the civil clerk to call me back. this was in texas btw. |
