I don't think it's the wait his concern about but the lack of communication. I waited 4 months, after i payed, on bill from fti. The difference was he always kept in contact with me. And that quick release bracket was $300 to NDC's $175. So communication is definitely the key. It also helped that I was still learning fb and had no business with a hb I guess.
