Now we all know that the license plate was in view and the officer was just being a meany.

The driver could be sited for a few things though. Eratic Lane changing and things like that. The officer could have just wrote out tickets of those things of nature and prolly never have had a issue. But the Cop took it way to far

im not in law and not trying to have a heated argument either but i dont see how this could be true....the state cant just assume you know what legal standings u have on your side, i could be very wrong too tho
