f4i no prime or spark???? help!

Ive been building a 01 f4i for a little while and for some reason im stumped on why it wont fire. The bike will turn over but the pump will not prime. but i can jump the pump and it works so I know thats good. also dont think im getting spark. I have not takin any plugs out to look but I sprayed started fluid in the intake with no firing popping or anything.

FI light is on!!!!????

things ive done and checked

clean air mod (left plug on harness taped up)
kickstand mod
killswitch does work
neutral switch works
TIP OVER sensor is gone but i connected the green/red wires together and got rid of the rest of the headlight harness
Checked relays
Pink ignition wire has about 6.1v
put my ecu in a friends 05 f4i and it primed cranked and ran like normal


any grounds on the bike i might be missing besides the 3 under the tank?
