measure up like 300ft for a runup ( i know you can already roll stoppies!) and take the exact take-off everytime. Make a point out of picking it up correctly, have a mate watch the rear tire as you go over the pickupline. make the stoppie as smooth as you possibly can. NO pumping the brakes!
