I have done a set in the past and they turned out great you just need a extra person and go really slow when putting the forks back on.... which also makes it a pain in the ass if you need to do fork seals.... and on the NDC bracket i took the zx11 rotor to a local machine shop and they counter sunk it for like $50...... but yes if you run the zx11 you deff need to counter sink it.
