Been working on two effing pain in the ass 636 builds and it is taking me MUCH longer than anticipated as things keep going wrong. Not to mention that I'm having to commute about 45 mins to the hanger I'm working in since my garage isnt big enough for all the parts.
Anywho here are some little updates...
I bought this air compressor i plan on putting under the hood for tire changes (stolen idea from rowdy's truck)

I have added a shelf ...

I also managed to bash the sideview mirror (chester/herbert the van is fat) so I came up with this walmart 5 dollar creation until the new one I ordered off ebay came in...

I also started the padding of the futon with a 6 inch tempurpedic foam mattress that I have cut (with an electric turkey knife) in about 60 degree angles for the L couch to maintain it's ability to access the storage areas and the middle piece is going to be a backrest while in couch form... more pics on that to come on that after I finish making the fabric sheets for it.

Lastly I saved a pitbull mix that must have been deserted at the small airport I've been working on the bikes at. She was starving/boney/covered in ticks/fleas/and not trained at all before I found her. She was obviously abused but is amazingly sweet/timid and is now house broken, well trained on a leash, sits, and now knows what the word "no" means. Why I did all this I don't know as I have enough shit to do but I suppose I had a soft spot for this one. Back to the van... so I have been working on my bikes and staying with a friend near the airport and the van is perfect for commuting with this dog. It fits all her food/toys and the huge 42 inch cage I got for her. Let me know if you want her I've been looking for 2 months and I have paid for all her shots/vaccines (not spayed yet) and havent found a home for her. She would be awesome with a big back yard and gets along great with other dogs. If I can't find her a home soon I may just pay to drop her off at the no kill shelter this week as I'm pretty sure she will find a home now that she is trained.
