Kruss you're an idiot......some people try reading an article before they make an ass of themselves....."Thomas — a 37-year-old mentally ill homeless man who was a familiar face in the city's downtown"......plus in the video the cop asks him why they have to talk to him all the time......this means the cops are familiar with him and the fact that he was mentally ill.....this is not the way to deal with someone in his KNOWN condition......these cops have no real defense....they were wrong and basically beat a retard to death.....
