honestly i didnt watch the entire thing i skipped through. but the bum is fighting it the whole time and probably on meth crank or whatever else. if the dude just put his hands behind his back he would be fine. what are cops suppose to just let people run away and not get arrested? Ya the pig should never have said these fists are getting rready to fuck you up but if he would have just complied and stopped being such a dipshit it would be fine today. you get what you give in this world dont screw with the police they have way too much power and will probably not go to jail for this as you can see the man is CLEARLY resisting the whole time even when 4+ cops are trying to subdue him.
