I totally get where you're coming from since the majority of us actually get to meet in real life and are friends so when drama starts it's usually personal or even effecting someones business.

I just know that if we had a better structure established to keep the peace more people would come back to posting. I feel you mini, just throwing out suggestions I see working on other sites.
