take into account the major differences in the frame
the ram air on the r6 is in the middle of the frame vs the on the side on the r6s
as far as the mounting points on the frame you will have to fab metal brackets to fit
the subframe is slimmer on the r6 so fitting a tail fairing will be a nightmare.
honestly its going to be real difficult to get everything mounted.
