CCleaner also has something for startup items if your looking for a easy interface to use its under tools and startup... or you could do it the old fashioned way and just type "msconfig" without quotes into the run box, going to the startup tab and disable them that way. (note: this goes without saying but don't disable your operating system...) lol.
