i fix computers in my spare time so you can give these a try, they usually help with browser issue situations. This will be all free software.
step 1. download and install CCleaner, which will be found at the following link http://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ , run the cleaner and the registry fix. (the cleaner is the first tab on the left click run cleaner, then once that is completed click the second "registry" tab and scan for issues and then "fix selected issues", I've never had any reason to backup the registry and have never had any issues for not doing it because it will ask)
step 2. download, install and update malwarebytes ( http://filehippo.com/download_malwar..._anti_malware/ ) this program has actually found viruses that many of the purchased products I've tried have missed and fixes them for free. you can run the quick scan if your in a hurry or the full "indepth" scan if your not in a hurry
that should help your overall computer performance, including your video watching.
