Still feels like a 10 year old bike to me...I bought my 09 brand new, so it doesnt matter how many parts you put on the 636 it wont feel as good as my 09... I only have like 2000 miles on my 09 motor thats in my bike right now, I cant find a 636 motor theses days with less then 15,000

The new wheels make no difference, the forks are a little nicer, and the swingarm is the same as doing an 05-08 swap...They mostly make the bike look better, but dont make it newer or lighter with less mileage...

Dont get me wrong I own 2 03/04's and I dont think I'll ever sell them, but its nice to rock something newer...
