Yep fortunately there was 3 views that saw everything... It was acually the hospital that gave the footage to my brothers public defender... Apparently they didn\'t agree to the way things were handled either... Very easliy could have been swept under the rug to protect their own asses... But somebody decided to do the right thing...\r\n
