\r\nCops are not above the law. They are supposed enforce it. Think about this......

\r\nIf a normal citizen was in the place of the cop and shot that guy in "self-defense" 5 times, then walked up and shot him another 5 times, he just went from self-defense to murder. No different then if someone breaks into you house, and you stab the guy 20 times. It would be considered excessive force.

\r\nSo why should a cop get away with it? After the first 5 shots, the guy was falling towards the ground and showed no signs of being a threat. Sure I agree with the first 5 shots but the 2nd set of 5 shots was overboard.\r\n
