I caught 2 flat with 5 post release supervision(parole) back in '01 when I was 16. Got pull back down from washingtong correctional in December of '02 for another case which i ended up taking a 2-4 for. I got sentenced in '03 for it. The Judge didn't wanna run it concurrent to the 2 i was doing or give me any time serve for it so they ran it consecutive with the 5post release in the back of the new bid. Did the time, I Came home in '06 and get off parole in three more months 4/12. My question is does the time I need to expunge the felonies starts from the las sentenced I received back in '03 or after I complete the 3 months I have left?
