I'll agree, most stunt companies fail hard on customer service.

This was the reason I ordered from FTI in the first place, everyone insisted Bill has the BEST service around, and will answer your 1st call or text at any time of the day/night. Then as soon as I order, I hear horror stories popping up, and I have been getting some pretty poor contact. I guess I won't bug him since it seems like that is the wrong thing to do :P
