\nswanny, u wanna just cancel the dispute or are you going to go foward with it? im getting the emails together from UPS to show that I opened a dispute and that the package was confirmed delivered. the package was insured for $100 so i would think the proper chanel would be to contact them and see what they say (as the recipient). but if they say and confirmed delivery, i dont know if they are going to hold themselves responsible for it being stolen off of your property
