My thoughts are that this dangerously bypasses the judicial branch and gives the military (read: federal government) unprecedented power. The US is now, officially, a war zone. Occupiers: if you're deemed a threat, be prepared to have NO rights. This means, NO LAWYER, no right to a trial, no charge necessary to hold you, INDEFINITELY. This really is the scariest thing I've seen Congress pass, so easily. Obama has threatened to veto, but he won't......as it would mean political suicide for his 2012 race. Wake up, America.....we are no longer free.
