Stunt riding on base?

Alright, thats what I figured. Maybe I'll catch a CO that will let me slide if I tell him I'm in parking lots keeping it off the streets. My dad had a motorcycle when he was in the AF, and he used to race back when dinosaurs roamed the earth, and his CO let it slide because they used an abandoned street that was shut down, and they kept it safe and off the streets.
