So I went to court finally for getting a reckless driving ticket that I got on the lot.. 6 pts on my license would have fucked me so I got a lawer. After postponeing it a few times I finally went to court presented a great case the judges verdict guilty he read that the police can cite you anywhere the public can access. He dropped the reckless gave me neglegent driving 1 point $600 fine and then he told me to quit ridding motorcycles and gave me 32 hours supervised community service with the sheriffs office. I could appeal it and go to jury trail but it wasn't recomended so I got fucked... Ftp
This sucks dude. This situation kind of reminds me of police in my old neighboorhood that would rather give me a skateboarding ticket than chase down the guy who just ran out of a grocery store stealing tons of stuff with the owners chasing him. The cop literally put ME in the back of his car and wrote me a ticket for skateboarding on the sidewalk instead of chasing down the theif right across the street from us.
