$1500 for that bike is INSANE. Like i said, on the HIGH side, i would say $800, since its been painted, got big bars, bore kit, street tires, and other parts that come with it. All you would need is to make a HB and buy some rear pegs.

Fiddys around here go for $800 fully modded. Maybe $500ish stock
