03 636 motor noise

I just got done reshimming all of the exhaust valves and one intake valve on my bike along with putting in a new clutch all of them were way to tight but I only had to go down 1-2 sizes on all of them and as soon as I fired it up I heard this its a reallly loud rattling noise that I have never heard before I know that they are known for having loud valve trains but this doesn't sound like a valve issue it sounds like its coming from where the cam chain sits inside the motor I have checked the timing 3 times now and I know it is spot on the cam chain is tight the cam guides are in place I have about 160-180 psi of compression in all 4 cylinders what else can it be?????? I have dropped the oil 2 times now after running it for a minute or two to see if there was metal shavings in the oil but there was nothing and I also checked all the clutch components again and they all appear to be tight and in place. The bike seems to run awesome it fires right up and idles really good its just LOUD as fuck.
