man i hear ya , for the first couple of years i wore full gear , back pro, knee pads and helmet....but shit the humidity here in ga is like 90% spring summer & fall so it make 95 degrees feel like 200! it def a good idea to wear a full shield ,Im just hardheaded and I swear i cant move around doin combos 0's with a lid like i can without one
