Low comp could be caused by a # of things. Cam timing, valve clearance, valve damage, bad piston ring seal/worn out rings, piston damage, etc. All of which are going to cause you further damage. You wont get much $$ from selling a bike with an engine that sounds like poop, unless you sell it to a totally clueless buyer.

If you aren't mechanically skilled, I would find someone who would do some troubleshooting for you and replace what you need so you can sell it for a higher price.
