Agreed Thomas. When it comes to work you hire who's best, not whose ethnicity,race,etc fills your quota. I get furious when people pull the minority card when their qualifications are clearly less than who got the job. People pull it like a gun or an ace up their sleeve, but all it really means is "hi im a bitch ass and this is my last ditch effort to get what I want without working hard to get there."
There will come a time someday when its survival of the fittest (figuratively and literally). When that time comes the only ones left will be those who know what hard work is. The "entitlement" mindset peeps will disappear, and maybe this country can get back to how it used to be.
