A brushless r/c motor is 3 phase, a brushed is single phase. Atleast all the brushless motors I have seen are anyways (3 wires). The fan thing must be new, I have a 60A Castle Creations ESC in my R/C heli and it doesnt have a fan. R/C shit is getting out of hand now!\r\n
