I live in NY genius, Florida law does not apply to me. Tell the officer to hop right on here and we can chat it up about how it isn't illegal to post pictures of someone online unless I edit the photo in a slanderous manner or am profiting from them. And even in those cases it is a long shot and not a criminal offense but a civil case.
