i have been workin oil for a long time and i just got on a off shore rig they are hard as hell to get on cause everything is automatic and you need experience the best thing i can say is look into land drilling first like in tx co wy nd pa states like that a few you can try is Ensign usd Nabors usd Cyclone usd Bronco usd Pioneer usd Percision usd h and P usd just a few that are there hope this helps good luck
