This is alot of bullshit to go through for no reason, noone is going to be selling a aftermarket frame that comes with a title you can register without an inspection. 99% of stunt bikes wont pass inspection so it would be pointless. You can take the Twite frame to dmv with a clean or salvage title in fl have it inspected and they will issue you a new vin sticker and assembeled from parts title. The only problem is the bike has to be street legal, all oem safety requirements. The only thing stamping the Twite frames would show is proof of ownership.\r\n
