Cage install issue. Help Please.
#1
i got my Impaktech Cage couple days ago, it looks super sick. Red Pwdrcoated.

i cant wait to get it on. the issue im having is, it didnt come with any instructions at all. i cant find any install video either. how hard is it to put in a piece of paper stating what to do..

well i cant figure out where the spacers go. there are two big spacers and two smaller ones.. there are three mounting points each side.
1. near the rearsets, the bolt goes into the subframe.
2. in the middle, in the motor?
3. in the frame?

now which spacer goes where?

also
the spacer has to go between the cage and frame?
or the frame and the nut?
or the cage and the nut?

i have no clue what im doing. i need some help.
i picture would just do wonders right now

here is a picture of what it looks like. took it from imp website.

best thing to do is remove the sliders and hold one side of the cage up where it goes and then you should be able to mark where to drill for crossbar and see what spacers go where...repeat on the other side...good luck and i agree, they should come with basic instructions, cuz whats ez for me may not be ez for someone else...

i put the long one at the nearest to the rearsets.
i put no spacer in the middle one.
i left the stock one in the one nearest to the radiator..

i guessing it should be alrite.
ill let you know after the first crash.

if it went on like that and everything mounts up strait, you should be fine...itd be pretty obvious i would think if something was missing or installed in the wrong location...
