stock they are not, the crf250x is basically a dirtbike with a headlight & taillight, I added sm wheels, signals, etc. if your going to convert a bike to a motard, its the best one to do it on, since the gearbox is wider spaced than anyone else, and first gear is perfect for slow stuff.

I believe screw #8 is the idle screw, correct me if I'm wrong, I'm going to crank my idle up this weekend on it, I dont have the service manual yet, but this is the only throttle body adjustment screw on the fiche...

the stock idle adjustment is crap, I installed a f4i idle adjustment cable in place of the throttle set screw on the throttle body, you have to cut down the end of the cable a little but it works great
