2 Strokes and Brake Control.

\r\n \r\n I was originally gonna pick up a 2 stroke DB to practice brake control and slow stuff on, everyone I told that to said it was almost pointless with a 2 stroke, that\'s why I\'m getting the CRF230F, it\'s 4 stroke and I\'ve been told will help me learn a lot!!\r\n

I agree but I think he\'s wondering if it\'ll help him with big bikes.....prolly not....he\'ll be powering a 2 stroke up anyway......\r\n

\r\n \r\n I found out I\'ll be getting my bonus this week, should have a brand new CRF230F with aftermarket BBR exhaust and re-jetted in a week or two, Carm from CT gonna hook up a 12 bar for it, and then the clutch will be hurting me for sure, but I\'m gonna learn myself or die trying!! :D\r\n

\r\n \r\n OK I just got some great news.....my bonus will be $1700 after taxes.....the msrp for the CRF230 is $3599....I talked to one dealership and they told me they\'d take $200 off the price and see what kind of a deal they could work for the BBR exhaust and rejetting it......so I called my dealership where I bought my last two bikes......told them the other offer was $300 off and said I want the CRF230 with the BBR exhaust($300) and the jetting ($200) all done for $3500.......she just called me back and said she could do it!! :D So should have it in a few weeks!!
