Stubbz 05 R6 Build

Well i guess its time to start a build thread as i get into putting this thing back together, took a while for powder but now i got everything and slowly puttin her back to one piece.

Plans -

Powdercoat everything i can
ATC subframe/scrap bar (already have)
ATC new style cage (on way from A2K)
Powers or Zeus R6 Subcage
Zeus Upper Stay
Zeus Rad Cage (being built now)
NDC Bracket (when released in Jan)
RSC Clutch (done)
Billet Magura 16mm master (done)
Adjustable clip ons (not sure what im goin with yet)
SS Lines front to back
Dented Tank
Kleen air mod (done)
Checked Valves and shimed (done)
JB or HTmoto seats
50stunt Rearsets (when released)
08+ R6V forks (eventually)
GPR
F4I Throttle Tube (done)
R6V Modded Exhaust (done)
-1+5 gearing new chain (done)

sure i'm forgettin something.

when i bought the bike this past summer 8k miles, showroom clean

Minor changes for end of season, rode it stock for most part

Parts and Pieces Everywhere

Didn't feel like tearin down the 05 forks cuz eventually theyll be replaced by R6V ones so i got some vinyl off a buddy who runs a shop and wrapped um for now.

Little photoshop pic for an idea of outcome, silverish will be all white obv. and rims will be white on the outer lips.

All of my Powder done finally



After this weekend i'll have rims back, hope to have rolling chassis early next week. plenty more pix to come.

you betcha, i'll be out to the lot a bit next year, probly not a ton with fam stuff always goin on but deff be gettin my O's back on the big bike while trying not to destroy my fresh plastics.

thanks cant beat it for 5 bucks in vinyl. R6V forks will be powdered top and bottom but thats last on my list of shit i gotta get yet lol

haha had this planned out before i even found a blue 05 r6, that and havent seen any pix of your bike just few small clips in vids. post some pix of that thing. white pretty common but my blue is blue chrome or transparent blue.

Nah was just messing with you it's not like somebody can own color combos haha but my bike is white chassis with that exact same blue wheels so good choice my friend lol Ill try to get a pic up even tho its SF right now my upper and lowers are getting wrapped.
