Let's be honest the question is kind of ridiculous....do u go.to the lot and strictly drift, do u change wheels in the middle of the session because one tire is for wheelies and the other is for drifting, better yet do u have 3 wheels; one for straight line, one for circles, and one for drifts???? Not trying to be an ass man but if u have that many tires u need to try them out and see what Ur favorite all around tire is

If look for free tires and a guy gives u 20 Pirelli Slick soft compound tires and nobody told you they are useless when it comes to drifting, then you'll either have shitloads of tires you dont want to use or you skip the drifting idea.
If i go for a search for used tires, i know exactly what i can and cant drift with. I think that was the question? On topic, i really liked Metzeler Z6 and Bridgestone bt20. Pilot road, road 2 and other touring tires where good too.

You don't understand what I'm trying to say. In my post I was getting at the fact that it is all preference and to not just look for the best drifting tire but Ur favorite all around tire. People have told me that a hohey tripple is a MUST!!! Guess what I hate them I like my bars underneath stock tripple. I have been told that OEM brake pads are the best there is. Just recently tried EBC HH and guess what they kick the shit out of stock imo. I have been told 13mm magura is the best and only handbrake to use. I also hate those I like the feel of a 16mm or 16x18. Although u think that slick is bad for drifting someone out there might love it. So yea ask questions see what people say take some advice but in the end it is your bike, your setup, and your the one riding it. It is all preference on how u ride and what u like as a rider

Sorry, yeah i took you wrong back there. I understand now exactly whats your point and i agree with you 100%. It's all about experiencing on your own.
And now when i read the first post i see we're all off topic, cause he asked what everyone are using not whats best ![]() I agree with Kirny. Go grab some take-offs and try different ones. Then you'll see what suits you best.
