So this is pretty shitty that I have to throw this up on the forum but hopefully one of you guys can give me a hand.

I posted up in the Colorado thread back in Nov. I was heading down to denver and looking for a motor. Dirty Mike gave me his number and when I talked to him he gave me this guy named Tip's number. I wasn't able to pick up the motor when I was down there so I sent him $530 back on Nov. 9th. It took him 2-3 weeks before he shipped it the first time. Supposedly he shipped it, but UPS screwed up and sent it to a warehouse. He got it back, than he said he shipped it again and after bugging him for a tracking number he gave me a tracking number thats not even real. I asked him to double check the tracking number and he said he shipped it to the wrong address and he just got it back. If he did ship it to that wrong address it would be the building next door and they know who I am and who I work for so they would have just called me and let me know. But that business said they never had a motor shipped to them at all. So now it's been 3 months. He's got the money and the motor. I have every conversation saved with this guy. Every week it was a different excuse. He was working everyday all day, his bank account was froze, he was in jail, he's going to ship it tomorrow, he had a family member pass away, he has no money to ship it(even though i just gave him money), he selling parts tomorrow so he can pay to get it shipped, etc. Granted some of these excuses are probably legit. But it's been 3 months! Now he doesn't answer my calls, texts, voicemails, or anything! I know Mike tried helping me out getting ahold of him but it didn't help. If anyone knows this guy can you please help me out!

If one of you guys are able to help me get my money back I'll shoot a few bucks your way for the help. It's just bullshit. I'm sick of the excuses. This Tip guy needs to man up and take responsibility. If he's not going to ship than motor send back the money!

Sorry for the huge post and the venting! But if anyone can help me out let me know.
