'Monitored by CCTV' signs
#1
New spot i tested out today had those signs around the building. My assumption is these aren't reviewed by someone every monday morning (i doubt the building in question can afford a security guard to do such things anyway); but rather just there as a contingency so they can look back for faces or whatever in the event of a break-in/theft/etc. Right? Basically asking if this should be a point of concern for future cop trouble.

There was a spot I rode at for like 3 months. Had the same signs and had about 4 camera's in plain sight. Didnt have any no trespassing signs so I rode there. Never had any issues with security or cops. Just my experience.

Don't leave trash, rip up the grass or other things that they will want to review the cameras for.

If they have any sort of good quality cctv setup they are all DVR. Intellex/Verrint you can set a motion alarm on the area jn question and the next time it will leave a flag alarm for them to review. No need for a gaurd to watch.. If there are no posted no tresspassing signs most states require a warning before a tresspass. Go away from the cams and keep your tag out of view.
