so wanting to try this now since I'm having problems with my rotor I think...... you have access to a powdercoater or something maybe make the holder on that 636 black

I'll let the end user handle the finish on them. For the rotor adapters it would probably hold up just fine to rattle can them. I could have them anodized just about any color but on a per part basis it wouldn't be very cost effective. If you want to pay the price though, it's always an option.

Kinda had to see but it a full throttle kit. Big rotor. Stock foot and a Ducati 4 piston caliper.

I'm pretty squidly, but I had a big improvement switching from the stock 636 foot caliper to a 4 piston radial. This is with a hayabusa rotor. It's definitely more touchy but I think there's more feel, I like it. It really helped me to learn not to ride the brake for sitdowns, just little taps is all I need.

I still need to wait for the metal to get here, so I'm not going to take any payment until they are ready to ship but I'll put you down for a set of 636 plates.
