Fork And rear shock adjustment

Maybe a dumb question but I was wondering how different people prefer there suspension set up. I have my 05 636 set up to stock adjustments now figured I would try messing with it just looking for some advice.

there is no correct way. only way to set up suspension properly is to get out a notebook. record settings, ride, record bike feedback, adjust settings accordingly, ride agian, repeat.

and i'll admit i simplified that a little, but thats basically what you need to know. suspension setup can get very complicated imo
